Hence, THE TREEHOUSE ON THE LAKE.brbrThe home is located in a quiet protected cove on the lake.brbrIf you are interested in spending time out of doors, there are two back porches on this house....one on the second floor and one on the first. On the first floor porch we have two dining areas where you can enjoy a meal or your morning coffee. brbrIt's more than likely you will catch glimpses of blue herons, egrets, and other wading birds in addition to cardinals, blue jays, and hummingbirds. If you are lucky, you may even spy one of the resident bald eagles known to soar in the area. brbrThe backyard is huge and equipped with a fire pit for those after dinner s'mores or to warm yourself on a cool evening. The home is a perfect get-away with a boat dock with a top sunning deck. You can gaze at the stars or watch the gorgeous sunsets over the lake! While some may want to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a cocktail or swim and fish off the dock, others can enjoy a family adventure on the calm waters. Our wave runners are not for rent. There is also good fishing off of the dock and we have a green light on the back of the dock. Being on the west side of lake with a northern lake view is ideal, minimizing prevailing southern wind and the afternoon Texas sun! brbrThe well-stocked kitchen has plenty of storage and is open to the living and dining areas, including an eat-in bar and farmhouse table that seats 8 where you can enjoy meals all while enjoying the gorgeous view of the lake! There is a laundry room with full-sized W/D for your use. We provide liquid laundry soap.brbrThe master has a gorgeous view of the lake and a queen bed with a master bath.
