Pro-Insider tip, for a good free time with your family, take a ride (in your car, or on a bike) out to the ferry terminal to Port Boliver in the evenings and take a free ferry ride (15 minutes each direction) over (and back) and watch the dolphins jumping up and around the bay. The Sun Room has a Day Bed, a Twin Bed underneath, black out curtains over the windows, and black out curtains which separate it from the main Living Room. We call it a 5th bedroom. The main Dining Room has a formal dining table which seats 8, a Grandfather Clock, and furniture pieces from yesteryear. Next to the Dining Room is the Breakfast Room with seating for 4, and huge Kitchen which also has seating for 4. The updated kitchen offers an abundance of counter space, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and all the dinner and cookware you’ll need to prepare that special meal. There is a washer/dryer room and a half bath located off the kitchen in the back. brbrAs you travel up the century old, wood staircase to the 3rd floor, you’ll find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom, the 'Nursery', to the right, sleeps 2 with a queen sized bed and is adjacent to the Master Bedroom. There is a door connecting these two bedrooms, hence the name 'Nursery' (so that mom, back in 1914, could quickly get to her crying baby). It has locks on both sides for privacy. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.br- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests.
