We took our 2 senior boys for a guys trip. Super location, quite at night, and a few steps from the beach. Great place!!

Great location. Small compared to house next door. Lawn not mowed, wine glasses had lipstick on them, and downstairs smelled musty.

The property looks recently updated and the location was fantastic. There are gaps around the front and sliding doors. They need to seal the doors because the gaps allowed three large cockroaches into the property which we found dead the morning we were leaving. They know they have a pest problem because they have electronic pest repeller devices in every room.

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and fit our whole family of 7 easily. Having a washer and dryer was great. The only things that were wrong was that we couldn’t get the code to work the whole time to lock and unlock the door and there are benches along the railings on the deck that my 3 year old kept getting on. I had to watch her very carefully to make sure she didn’t go over.

One very small bathroom upstairs away from the bedrooms, disappointing. Loose toilet seat. Downstairs beds more comfortable than upstairs. All appliances worked well, nice couches, upstairs air conditioning was nice. Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

The property was as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfy. Cute decor and cozy place. It was a relaxing & enjoyable getaway.

Everything was perfect, just as an observation the parking lot is full of water, but everything else was perfect!

It was a great location, loved how easy it was to access the beach, run in for lunch and get back out there. However, the house was lacking in cleanliness. We found hair, dirty dishes, and even a used q-tip on the sink of the lower level sink. There was also very full and smelly trash cans that “greeted” us first thing when we walked up to the property: there were flies swarming around it which generously made there way up the the second floor and into the house. The trash was taken away and some point on Sunday and the helped tremendously with the flies. There was also trash in the yard and bottle caps in the outdoor shower and other things that could poke or hurt your feet. Overall we did have a good time but this property just needs some TLC and cleaning. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Smaller than thought. Outdoor shower and garage area wasn't set up or useable. Arriving in hot of summer with ac set to 80 was miserable and took forever for place to cool down. Felt place more suited for adults or older kids, and or not as many as stated. Showers pretty small. And was misleading on 200 in free activities.electric locks was awful and never worked like was supposed to. However place was cute, quiet and clean. Management was right on top of communication and the beach was really nice next to us, and porch area was pretty as well, however not a clear view of ocean.

The house was perfect for our 3 couples and 2 teens. Plenty of room. House was just painted, first thing we smelled, other than that house was good. Fridge did not close properly, but kept our food cold. Beds downstairs were super soft and comfortable. Sheets were cleaned and smelled good. The patio was perfect for eating and playing games. Outdoor shower was a life saver. Only thing I recommended is bring your off spray, the mesquitos were crazy especially by the stairs. We all enjoyed the house it was perfect for us, would def come back.
