It sits on a large corner lot, known for it's massive Italian Stone Pine tree. The back yard is private and offers both an arbor with Adirondack chairs for lounging and patio with table and chairs to use while grilling on the gas grill. brbrThe home is unusual for Fredericksburg, from it's unique rock exterior to the soaring ceiling in the formal living room. The iron curtain rods and light fixtures are original to the house. Note the hand painted photograph of young Emmie to the right of the fireplace.
