You are in a great spot to get to the Domain or the Round Rock Outlet malls. and Downtown is a straight shot by car or by Metro Rail.brbrThe house is all yours while you are here...closets are empty, fridge is either empty or fair game, enjoy the pool table in the garage or hang out in the back yard and shoot some hoops.brbrYou'll never see us. We will email or text you the address and your own 4 digit door code that unlocks the doors.brbrThis neighborhood has the best parks and trails in Austin and its a great location for getting around Austin!brbrSuper close to the Austin Metro Rail for getting downtown!brbrWe do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $79 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.brWe do allow pets but please let us know at the time of booking whether your pet sheds, pees, or chews. Truly unique, from the spalted pecan wood details to a guitar and piano. brThe house was completely rebuilt by furniture maker Wolf Sitter and furnished by his artist photographer wife, Charlotte Bell. All ceilings, floors and trim are wood. The living area is spacious and comfortable.Gorgeous spalted pecan custom cabinets and a big center island make the large kitchen area a treat to the eye and easy to cook in.The master bedroom is large with a king size bed. Windows look out into the trees. There are two complete bathrooms.brThis is a casual house that puts people at ease the moment they enter the front door and see all the wood and the fabulous tree filled back yard through large windows.brThe location is ideal: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the trendy SOCO and Rainy street districts, 15 minutes from the capital and the University of Texas. Even better, it is 3 blocks from the Hike and Bike trail. When you are in the house it feels like the country since it backs up to a wooded greenbelt.
