Large eat-in kitchen with large table seats 6 comfortably. Outdoor table seats 8 comfortably. Bedrooms: B 1 has a king bed, B 2 has a queen bed, B 3 has 2 twin beds and B 4 has 2 twin beds. A queen size inflatable mattress is provided; with the inflatable mattress, the cottage easily sleeps 10 people. 2 ductless split (Mitsubishi) air conditioning & heating systems provide comfortable temperature control on the basement and main level floors; in addition to the ductless splits systems, the house also has forced hot water oil heat and radiant heat in the basement level floors.
