Relaxing private poolside retreat 5 minutes from the beach!

From start to finish my communication with Rob was flawless. The home is in a great location and is very impressive - we had a group of 9 and everyone was pleased and while touring the house upon our arrival kept saying wow. The house was clean, had a great kitchen to prepare meals, had beautiful fresh linens and towels and just about anything else you could think of. The grounds are amazing - bbq grill, picnic tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs and pool!

My husband and I treated our adult children to a weekend getaway! 2 grandchildren aged 7 and 10 were included! The pool was amazing! The house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed everything about this property!

This is our second time staying at this property. Rob is a fantastic host. Plenty of private places to relax on the property, clean pool, and minutes to the beach. Can’t wait to return!

Had a great experience/stay here! The property was very nice, and the host is easily accessible if needed.

Rented the house for a local wedding. Except for the weather, everything was very nice. Well stocked house, linens & towels. Several rooms to relax in. Due to the rainy, cool weather we were unable to fully use the property. The outside area for barbequing, swimming and relaxing would have been great to use. Two of us did brave the pool! Our multigenerational family had the most comfortable, relaxed stay in a home with pool , room to be together or spend time separately, clean, well supplied kitchen, beautiful grounds, relaxing attractive inside and out with our host who thought of everything and answered any question we had. We will return and absolutely recommend!

Went for Hubby’s 60th birthday with friends and family. Really enjoyed the pool and yard. We did have rain for a few days but the house is so spacious and comfortable we were able to relax and still have fun! I highly recommend and hope to get back again! The hosts were great too!

We had an outstanding two week stay! The house and pool, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and beds, and all the little touches made our vacation exceptional. We wanted a private, quiet space to relax and this home provided that. Rob was a terrific host. Can’t wait to come back!

This couldn't have been a better spot to stay. The pictures dont do this house justice. It was grear for a weekend away with the girls. The communication with the owner was fantastic and simple. All the different hang out areas of the house makes this a great spot. Would definitely book again.

My friends and I loved this entire property. There are so many little nooks to relax with a book and also gather with friends. With the pool, patio, garden, outdoor shower, and minutes to the beach. Im not sure what more you could look for in accommodations. Host was helpful and accessible throughout the entire process.

We needed to get away from the hectic pace for a few days and this retreat fit the bill perfectly! Everything was included so all we had to do was pack our clothes and beach snacks. When I say everything, it's true! It was so easy. Sheets, all towels, beach towels, nice beach chairs, even a solid umbrella! We arrived Saturday and hit their beautiful, private pool right away. Sunday we changed things up and went to the State beach. Fabulous! The house has several bedrooms to choose from - all airconditioned. It was also nice to have two living rooms so the family could spread out and watch their favorite shows. The big dining table for perfect for games and eating take out. The hosts were available for questions and support. They were super. We highly recommend this property!

Rob and Stacy’s house was amazing. I had a big group of friends (8) and there was plenty of room for all of us! And they offered so much more than we were all expecting. Beautiful setup outside and great pool! The extra driveway in the back definitely helped with multiple cars! Rob was always very kind and quick to respond to questions. We all highly recommend this house!

We are five friends “Beach Girlfriends “ that have been getting together for a weekend at the beach for 35 years. We prefer Rhode Island. Rob and Stacy are wonderful host, they go above and beyond with every detail to make your stay is amazing. Beautiful comfortable home. So many different areas to gather and relax. We had beautiful weather, so we were able to enjoy the swimming pool. This will be our forever get away home. As long as it is available. Perfect location.
