There is 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage for jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s, the lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas with mattresses just added. House has 1.5 bath

Stayed Sep 12, 2025House was clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to all major activities. Outside seating, fire pit and hot tub were great to have. Check in was a breeze. There are several places in the house to gather in groups.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025This is a great spot for a family vacation—super clean house with an amazing fire pit/grill/ hot tub area in the back. Close to beaches and convenient for coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Accurate description from the owner—and communication with the owner was easy and always responded fast with answers to all our questions.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Westerly. The location is central to many stores, restaurants, and beaches. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time, especially grilling outside in the yard and enjoying the fire pit.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Your home worked out nicely for our weekend needs. We enjoyed the outdoor living space. The kitchen was not stocked very well for in house cooking and I felt that it could of been a little more clean. Cobwebs,dead spiders in bedrooms. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Couldn't of asked for a better host then Matt. Perfect vacation getaway for our family and inlaws family. The house is huge with plenty of beds. In a safe and family neighborhood. A mile from the beaches, and a few miles from Mystic. We will be coming back next year, thanks again!

Stayed May 24, 2024Matthew was an awesome host with a beautiful property. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach which was amazing and one minute away from Walmart! He responded extremely quickly when I had any questions and I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew! ☺️

Stayed Feb 16, 2024Its very quiet. Mr. Donovan is a quick responsive owner. But i believe it only accommodates 6 person, i check to see if couches turn into sofa beds but they did not. But besides that it was a great stay. Thank you.
