There is also another park 2 blocks away with a playground, public tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of green space for children to run around. Although located close to town this is not in the congested bar and traffic area so it is much quieter. It is just a 10 minute walk to the downtown area along the beautiful waterfront.brbrThe home is comfortably and beautifully furnished providing plenty of space for you to relax in. The home has lots of windows offering plenty of light and breeze. There are 2 mini air conditioning splits, central air in the top floor and ceiling fans throughout. The office has a separate unit for when you close the door.
