This wayfarer's retreat showcases original hardwood floors, six skylights, a dedicated parking space and three bikes. The layout includes a spacious living room, canted ceilings, a bright sunroom with views to the Newport Pell Bridge (!), a beautiful galley kitchen and a dining tablefor six. Enjoy two separate entrances, shared outdoor space with a BBQ in a quiet neighborhood.

Hi! My sister and I bought this amazing condo five years ago and love every minute we spend here! Our neighborhood is magical- filled with the best people and in close proximity to everything. We’ve never rented our home out but know the right group/family will love it. With the 250th anniversary of the USA on July 4th –Newport will be in full celebration mode! The Jane Pickens theatre, music, shopping, Nitro Brew and tons of top-rated local restaurants – all within a short walk to Broadway.

Want to head to Thames Street In 12 minutes you are there. Pick up the Water Taxi right at Perotti Park to see Fort Adams (Folk Fest!). Stop along Thames Street for shopping and great food - or stay all day to enjoy the view & water (what we do). You can also take the Block Island Ferry and Jamestown Ferry for day trips (you can bring our bikes onto the ferry).

From our condo, walk 5 minutes to the Viking Hotel to catch the free hop on/off shuttle that takes you around Newport. When you’re done seeing the mansions, the local beach (“Rejects Beach”), the Tennis Center and more, the driver will stop next to our condo if you ask (can share more tips later).
