Wedding parties have used the backyard for games ie: Croquet, Bocce... probably non of them really successful, but they had fun!brbrThe City of Newport has very strict guidelines in order for us to retain a special use permit for short term rentals, and we abide by all of them. We have quarterly inspections for fire and all safety alarm systems. The City also requires that there is a property manager or owner living in the home year-round. Elizabeth, the property manager lives at 24 Kay with her 5lb Cavapoo, (Poppy) in a little, but adorable apartment located on the second floor with its own entrance at the rear of the house. brbrWe look forward to welcoming you!
