We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely lovely and made everything easy from start to finish. The local welcome wine was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for our relaxing getaway. The place had plenty of room, the couch was super comfy, and the hardwood floors throughout made the home feel extra warm and welcoming. The house was very clean, and the views from the multi-level rooftop were amazing! Parking was a breeze, and it was especially nice that if you had more than one car, they provided an additional four parking passes. Such a great spot-highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Newport. Parking was super easy with the provided passes, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed sunsets on the expansive rooftop deck. Would absolutely stay here again!

We attended a wedding. Goodwin St was walking distance to great spots for coffee and lunch, shuttle to wedding venue and after party.There was ample space for sleeping, great mattresses, and living space for gathering.

This place was very clean, very spacious and nicer than the pictures appear. My family of 8 with two kids stayed very comfortably at this home. We were able to walk everywhere within downtown Newport and park for free. The rooftop deck was so enjoyable with lots of seating. Our stay was great and I would highly recommend this spot. We hope to come back soon!

This property was just perfect for our girls get away! Rooms are very spacious -easy for sharing. Common area space was also great for gathering and not to mention the roof deck! The location was perfect - we could easily walk to so many places. Parking for one car was all we needed but the additional parking in the lot where the passes were provided for us - was very close. We will be back!

Great property with a beautiful rooftop! The place is spacious and fit 8 people very comfortably. Only area where I think there could be improvement is that there was a lot of stuff, which made some of the closet space and kitchen feel a little cluttered. Shannon was easy to work with and communicative. Hope to come back!Note: This property is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

If you are looking for a prime location with ample space for a group then this is your place. The rooftop deck had an amazing view of the waterfront. We would rent this again.

We had five adults stay in the townhouse over a long weekend to see the mansions for Christmas. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and in a great location to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for a gathering of five college friends in their mid-70's. We had plenty of space, and the decks are lovely. The location was ideal as we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to do, taking the car out only one time. Restaurants, shopping and even some of the mansions were within walking distance. Questions for the owner before our arrival were always promptly answered. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful time, great views and location..

We and our family had a wonderful stay on Goodwin Street in Newport. The location was great just off Thames Street on the somewhat quieter side. We were with 3 other adults and 2 children so the location was great, as we could walk to most dinners or venues. Getting to the beaches was very easy 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and modern and vertical orientation gave us some privacy on the top floor. Owner terrific to work with! Highly recommend!

Location was great. We were able to walk to most attractions. The house was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. We used the BBQ grill, cooked in several nights, plenty of kitchen utensils and serving/tabletop dishes. Rooftop deck had a beautiful sunset view of the bay and the bridge.

This rental was a great location in Newport. Close to several restaurants and a nice ice cream shop. The rental was very big and great for families. We had a great time for our family getaway.

This house was great and a perfect location. We were able to walk just about everywhere. The roof deck was a huge bonus. The common areas were bigger than I thought and easily accommodated all of us.

This home was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our family, which included 4 children 10 and under. The kitchen was well-stocked with every thing we needed for meal prep and we were able to cook out on the large gas grill on the patio. Shannon was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or concern. Watching the 4th of July fireworks with the children from the rooftop deck will be an unforgettable memory for all of us!

We had the best weekend! The house was beautiful and Shannon was a wonderful and attentive host! We can't wait to visit again!
