Leah was a wonderful host. We arrived during snowy weather. Leah proactively sent us a picture detailing parking options. She also made herself readily available during our visit. The house is well appointed with kitchen supplies, baby items, games and was quite comfortable for our family of five. The location is walkable to many restaurants and other local points of interest in Newport. We found the pricing to be spot on and a great value. Our family would highly recommend this property! Beautiful stay during the holiday season with our family of 5. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Great location, near some cute antique stores and a great coffee spot, Nitro Bar. Walkable to Thames St., wharf area and Bellevue.

Great location for visiting all Newport has to offer! Highly recommend! Leah is accomodating, quick to respond and the four bedroom apartment is perfect for a friends getaway, two couples, or a family with small children. The apartment has every amenity and we didn't need anything. Perfect location for a Newport adventure.

Great space and hosts!

We had a wonderful experience at the property! We traveled with my husband's family and our one-year-old son. First of all, I want to emphasize how clean, neat, and organized the property was - my mother-in-law, who really cares about cleanliness, called it the cleanest rental she had ever stayed in! The four large bedrooms were spacious enough for our group, each outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and air conditioners. The main living space and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and was well-decorated and organized.The outdoor patio space was an added bonus, a wonderful space to eat meals or just enjoy the sunshine.The location is adjacent to many cute restaurants and bars, including Nitro Bar, a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot. As a host, Leah made the check-in and check-out processes clear, and was very responsive throughout the stay. Leah also proactively offered additional kid's equipment for our young son. The communication was very clear, and I always felt comfortable knowing we could get in touch if need be.

This house was great. The location was ideal, the bathrooms were excellent, and the AC in each room was nice so that everyone could be comfortable. Close walking proximity to great restaurants and parking was reasonably easy to find.

The Newport house was in the perfect location, away from the crowded downtown but still close by with lots shops, restaurants and hidden gems. We found a great breakfast place, the hungry monkey, close by and it was great. Three of us enjoyed the secluded outdoor space and found everything we needed in the house. It was very clean and charming. Loved our stay. Just so you know the stairs are steep but expected in an older home in Newport! I would highly recommend.

I booked this apartment for an annual girls' trip. Leah sent me helpful information beforehand and responded quickly when I had a question. Check in was a breeze. The apartment was extremely clean, updated, and well stocked with everything from shampoo & body wash to a Britta pitcher and games. would love to returreturn!worwl&

The house was lovely and accommodating the four of us very comfortably. The rental is located on 2nd and 3rd floors of a lovely historic home. It was conveniently situated. Walking distance to Thames and the pier, and just 2 blocks from the free trolley service. Would book this again !

We stayed for 5 nights in this quiet neighborhood. The second floor apartment was clean and roomy with 4 Queen size bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we had 2 full bathrooms. Many restaurants nearby.

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. We have rented many properties over the years and my wife loves to cook and she said it was the best stocked kitchen that we have stayed at. Beds and furniture all very comfortable. Leah was great. Clear and concise communication. One thing to be aware of is that when you enter the property there is a climb up some steep stairs to access the apartment. This posed no problem for us but it was challenging to climb for my 84 year old uncle who visited. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a clean and modernly decorated place, very cute. We loved that there were AC’s in all bedrooms. The ants were a problem, even before placing food in the kitchen. They were found in the lower level bedrooms as well. There’s this stuff you can spray on the outside perimeter of the building that should help keep critters away. That’s what I do to my own home, I have a company that comes out every spring. We don’t remember the listing mentioning anything about the rental being on an upper floor (stairs involved). One of my friends has a bad hip. I’m sure we may have probably just missed it, I never actually went back to the listing to check it again. Adorable place and most importantly was clean. (besides the ants). :)
