The heated outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are free laundry machines and a shared outdoor grill by the pool. Wind down from a day at the beach on the private screened porch or with a movie on the 55 flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed and a full/double bed. Off street parking for one vehicle and on street parking available across the street with no permit required. There are bicycle racks as well. Newport's free trolley stops right in front of the building for easy access to downtown, Ocean Drive, mansions, and Rejects Beach. Sunny And Dramatic 4 Bed Perfectly Located in Downtown Newport

This is a sunny two floor apartment with an open plan and dramatic architecture in the dining area. It's got a bit of the old Victorian East Lake feel in the main bedroom and is quite modern in other areas. It's a pretty big place that's great for groups and families. brbrIt is one block from the Aquarium/bus depot and one block from Washington square so right at the edge of downtown but still an easy drive in and out. But who wants to drive when all of town is walking distance right out the door! There are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, the harbor, and cultural things just blocks in every direction. brbrThe Apartment is up one very steep flight and a second regular flight of stairs - It's on the 3rd and 4th floor. We just don't want you to be surprised at the steep stairs or the 3rd floor walkup. However once up there you have views of Thames St, the baseball park, and a bit of the harbor and downtown from the skylights and the deck. It's also very sunny with a great breeze and people rarely use the AC, however there are units in all 4 bedrooms and a good mini split that covers the whole main living area.brbrFree wifi is available through out the apartment and runs off my business class service.brbrWe have a 75 smart tv in the living room with all the streaming apps. Also it has a Roku and HDMI wire so you have other ways to connect. You can sign in to your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu accounts. We provide Peacock for you.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with a KitchenAid range, ice maker fridge, Keurig/regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. There is an extensive set of kitchen utensils, plates and silverware as well. There are all sorts of dimmable lights to control the ambiance.brbrThere is a washer/dryer stack on the 4th floor at the top of the stairsbrbrThe bedrooms are a king and queen on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor there is a queen bed in one room and the other has two twin XL beds. brbrWe've got two brand new bathrooms and all new furniture in the bedrooms as well as a whole collection of brand new linens and towels including beach towels. We take great care with the linens, rotating through three sets of quality and attractive duvets and sheets. brbrOver the winter of 2024 we are redid the kitchen in modern cabinets and marble. brbrThere is a commercial off-street parking lot next to the building - I'll send you a message with a parking validation code for so it's free for 3 cars in the same message as the key and entry information. If you have more cars you can pay the rate set by the lot or try a nearby city lot or the park-n-ride by the Newport Bridge for free.brbrOne of us is usually available to help with information since my business is the photo studio/gallery on the ground floor.
