Nestled among the mansions on Bellevue Ave, this family friendly 2 bedroom vacation condo has a newly renovated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom with both a walk in shower and tub. Modern and comfortable. A five minute walk to the Tennis Hall of Fame and easy access to the rest of downtown, mansions, shops, restaurants, Cliff Walk, beaches, health food store, library, playgrounds, upper broadway, and more. The heated outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are free laundry machines and a shared outdoor grill by the pool. Wind down from a day at the beach on the private screened porch or with a movie on the 55 flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed and a full/double bed. Off street parking for one vehicle and on street parking available across the street with no permit required. There are bicycle racks as well. Newport's free trolley stops right in front of the building for easy access to downtown, Ocean Drive, mansions, and Rejects Beach. Come, relax and enjoy all Newport has to offer.

    I spent two months in John’s condo, and as a former Rhode Islander, I can’t attest that this condo is in the perfect Newport location. Quiet with super good parking outside the door, but close enough to the action so that you can walk to the mansions, Cliff Walk, or to downtown for the bars and restaurants. Believe me, not having to worry about parking a car is huge in Newport. The unit is nicely updated and very well equipped (much more so than other locations I have rented). I plan on returning to this sweet spot next summer.

    My boys, ages 15 and 4 and I spent the month of August in Newport. Everything about this condo was perfect for us. It was big enough for the boys to have their own space and it was walking distance to everything! For the few times we did have to drive it was wonderful to have a dedicated off street parking space. We hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this property to all ages.

    We stayed here 31 nights May, into June and just loved it. Highly recommend! The condo is quite roomy, it's even better than the photos. It's all newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Unique art and furniture. Very comfortable. Location: Amazing! We'd only been to Newport once for a few hours, so we didn't really know the area. We didn't quite realize the condo is in the best possible location, in the midst of the mansion area. The Elms (Mansion) is across the street and you can see it from the living room window. We walked everywhere! Down to the waterfront, over to Easton, to the Cliff Walk, to all the shops, parks, grocery, coffee, you name it! Well stocked kitchen, nice dishes, pots and pans, etc., coffee maker (French press, too) new toaster. Everything we needed! Nice bathroom with a tub on one end and a walk in shower on the other. Corner unit, with lots of windows. Nice screened in balcony with sofa and table. New mattresses, high quality bedding. Lots of bath towels, beach towels Very roomy, walk in closet in the larger bedroom. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Has a/c, which we didn't need. Good communication from owner. Binder explaining everything, with recommendations of places to go, restaurants, etc. Beautiful pool area! Laundry room was always available and no charge. Parking spot couldn't be closer. We definitely plan to come back in the future! Thank you for everything!
