If fishing is your thing, there are daily charter boats available or private charters for the whole family, Block Island sound offers fantastic Striped Bass fishing. Children love Adventure Land which offers batting cages, go karts, bumper boats and miniature golf. The beaches offer all day long sun and surf for boogie boarding, sand castle building or just relaxing on the beach. There are two large decks on the second and third floor with phenomenal water views from the third story. The house is half a mile to the beach (10 min walk) through a safe, low traffic neighborhood, perfect for kids! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor that walks out onto the deck. The living room has a large couch that turns into a sleeper bed for two people if needed and a 65 inch 4k HD TV. The kitchen has a massive 10.5 feet by 5 feet white quartz island with stainless steel appliances, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful grey cabinets. The dining room has a large hardwood table that seats 12 people. The island seats an additional 8 people. The decks have two dining tables and two couches along with a large Weber gas grill. There is also a large cedar outdoor shower in the back yard!brbrThe first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the laundry room. The bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses and wall-mounted TV's. One bathroom has a custom tile stall shower and the other has a tub shower perfect for little kids.
