Stayed May 1, 2026Property was perfect for our quick weekend break for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Exactly as described from the access to the beach to the room and sleep layouts. Super easy and a perfect fit for a beach getaway!

Stayed Apr 17, 2026This was an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, a great location, and beautifully decorated. They granted us late check out without any pushback, and even when there was an issue with the locks they were responsive and kind. This will be our go-to Newport Marathon spot for sure!

Stayed Jan 23, 2026I must be honest, I wasn’t the one staying there, but live in the area. I got there before my daughter and her family arrived and it was clean with a lovely welcoming sign. Everything you needed was there. The only unwelcome thing was the blizzard. The house is great in a super area and I can only imagine how great it would be to sit on the deck and walk to the beach. What I will say is the host is AMAZING. I had to constantly change check out dates, had lots of questions since I wasn’t staying there and she was quick to answer, so sweet and willing to help with anything. Nice place in a super area.
