There’s also a teak dining table suitable for 6. Take a few stairs to the next floor for 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These oversized bedrooms have large seating areas and decks overlooking the ocean. Sleep well with new Beautyrest mattresses and Brooklinen Premium bedding in all bedrooms. Finally, head to the top floor for the third large bedroom with immersive ocean views, en suite bathroom and large seating area (this is our favorite room). The top floor also provides views of the Beavertail Lighthouse, a 4th bedroom with ocean views and a hallway bathroom. There is also a 5th bedroom (please note this bedroom does not have a closet). Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower perfect for ending a day spent at the associations private Kelly Beach. There’s a large driveway with easy parking and meticulously maintained landscaping adds to this peaceful retreat. Two bedrooms downstairs set up for adults with king size beds. br1 full and 1/2 Bath and Outside Shower. The living room and kitchen are knotty pine and the bedrooms are bright and cheery. Water views from the living room, front bedroom and sky lights. Living room has a cozy fireplace for cool summer nights and full size pull-out couch. Our home is located in the vacation community of Eastward Look. House is located 1 house away from pathway to Angel road which makes access to Scarborough beach just a short 5 minute walk! All Summer rentals are weekly SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Most June rentals are a 3 day minimum ( the last 2 weeks are full rental weeks)brbrbrWhen we purchased this home we remodeled the entire inside... painting all the walls & trim, replaced all the doors with white 6 panel doors. For your comfort, we added whole house AC. In the kitchen we replaced the stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator w/ ice maker, as well as all small appliances.brbrThe house consists of 5 bedrooms all with queen beds. The mattresses have all been replaced. One bedroom is located on the first floor. All beds come with coverlet, blanket & pillows. Guests are responsible for sheets, bath towels and beach towels. They are available for a fee. All bedrooms have 32' HDTV's . Both bathrooms were completely remodeled sans the shower and tub. The family room has a 55 HDTV .brbrThe double driveway accommodates 8 cars or a trailer with toys. For after beach showering there is a hot/cold outside shower. The deck has a table/umbrella and six chairs. Also a round resin table and chairs for extra seating in the yard. We supply a Weber grill.brWe pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this rental.
