One block to Narrow River where you can kayak or paddleboard out to the ocean and the very best part of Narragansett Town Beach. Or take a 3 min drive or short bike ride there. Only 10 minutes to Scarborough Beach, Sand Hill Cove, and Block Island ferry. We are also just a short walk to great Ice cream, coffee and bagel shops, multiple dining options, bike shop, and playground.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024This was the perfect rental for our family. Close to beaches, clean, and safe. We loved the outdoor fire pit for making s’mores! Master bedroom was spacious and easily fit a pack n play for our 5 month old. Everything you need for a fun getaway at the shore.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We had a nice stay at this sweet spot! Super easy and convenient to get to. House was really clean. We do a lot of cooking on our vacations and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was great. Super nice people! Grateful for our time together in this house!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Communication with owner was excellent. We brought our inflatable kayaks and it was a short walk to the access on narrow river. Short drive to various beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed a night making s’mores at the outdoor fire pit in the back, she even had s’mores sticks in the kitchen. The location of the house enabled us to get to Newport for one day and we even took a train to Boston from Providence for a day trip. Perfect place to get some day trips in but also some relaxing days at the house.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023This house is immaculately clean! All three bedrooms were comfortable. All linens were provided including extra sets. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom. The kitchen was stocked well including snacks and water bottles in the refrigerator. We were there for a long weekend and didn't cook but everything you should need was present. There was a fireplace in the backyard stocked with wood. We met the owners; they are really nice and suggested things to see and where to eat. This house is conveniently located to Providence, Newport and downtown Narraganset. Great restaurants in Narraganset. If you are considering whether or not to rent this place the answer is definitely yes!
