Enjoy the immersive water views and ocean waves from the large covered patio and 2nd floor decks. brbrThe first floor combines indoor/outdoor living with a large covered patio containing teak sofa and chairs perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. There’s also a teak dining table suitable for 6. Take a few stairs to the next floor for 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These oversized bedrooms have large seating areas and decks overlooking the ocean. Sleep well with new Beautyrest mattresses and Brooklinen Premium bedding in all bedrooms. Finally, head to the top floor for the third large bedroom with immersive ocean views, en suite bathroom and large seating area (this is our favorite room). The top floor also provides views of the Beavertail Lighthouse, a 4th bedroom with ocean views and a hallway bathroom. There is also a 5th bedroom (please note this bedroom does not have a closet). Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower perfect for ending a day spent at the associations private Kelly Beach. There’s a large driveway with easy parking and meticulously maintained landscaping adds to this peaceful retreat. There are 4 large bedrooms. 2 Bdrms upstairs with 4 twin beds and 4 trundles. The 4 twin beds can be converted to 2 king beds at your request. Two bedrooms downstairs set up for adults with king size beds. br1 full and 1/2 Bath and Outside Shower. The living room and kitchen are knotty pine and the bedrooms are bright and cheery. Water views from the living room, front bedroom and sky lights. Living room has a cozy fireplace for cool summer nights and full size pull-out couch. Outdoor patio with plenty of furniture, Weber grill and outdoor shower. The front porch is our favorite spot. brOnly dogs are allowed, Pet Fee and Deposit are required. Check in Days are Fridays. Most nights you can hear the waves from the bedrooms. brNarragansett and Gallilee are filled with Seaside Shops, Restaurants and fun activities. Block Island ferry is a bike ride away.brWakefield/Peace Dale has great restaurants, breweries, and places to see great music.brWickford Village is about 20 minutes away and is a quaint town with marina, shops and restaurants.
