Walk 150 yrds to Scarborough State beach and live the life! Ocean views from many rooms. This house includes all bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Many beach items are provided such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, toys, cooler and games. The 1st floor living area has a big sofa, chairs and loveseat, a large flat screen TV. The back yard is very private, with a mahogany deck, a grill, outdoor enclosed hot water shower and patio tables and chairs. There is a gate that crosses the driveway so you can have an enclosed backyard. Central air on 3 zones. One bedroom on the first floor and a full bath as well as laundry. The lower level also includes seating, an additional flat screen TV, and ping pong table! The bed sizes are 4 queen size beds. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and also includes a deck with patio set and gas grill. It is walking distance to Sand Hill Cover Beach and has an outside shower for after the beach. The location is very desirable for families in that the beach is wonderful for kids and the neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides. There is much to do in the area as there are wonderful restaurants, Block Island is a ferry ride away and scenic Newport is close by.
