The home was completed in 2020 and has three levels. This unit consists of the 2nd and 3rd levels and has a separate entrance. brbrOff street parking. EV (Tesla) plug-in on site. Very large backyard with a fire pit and is close to Bridge St and walking trails.brbrThe main floor (2nd level) is a large open floor space. Dining room (table holds 8) and bar faces the backyard. Kitchen and seated island separate the space to the living room and working desk. brbrAll three bedrooms are on the top floor. Master bedroom overlooks the backyard, has in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower for guest to use. Queen bed.brbrSecond and third BRs share hallway accessed bathroom with step in tub/shower. Queen bed BR has accessible closet, Two twin bed BR has accessible closet. brbrW/D are located on third floor as well.brbrLarge backyard with fire pit and gas grill for bbq’ing.brbrTesla/EV Charger on-site!!brbrThis is a three floor unit where the bottom floor is separated from the top two. Guests will access the unit through the front door and up the stairs. It is a private entrance. Owner resides in bottom unit two days per week and accesses via the driveway entrance. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.brbrHappy to provide more information as necessary.brbrIt is located in North Phoenixeville on a dead end street. It is an adjoined townhouse but not in a development. brbrNote: we are located near an active train track so please consider when inquiring.brbrMost walk the tracks to cut down time to get to Bridge St but walking the road takes about 15 min, 2 min drive.brbrPlease note that the unit is located near active freight railroad tracks. Our three generation family lived in the space throughout the summer and had no issues and I`m a light sleeper. I wouldn`t recommend sleeping with windows open during summer months unless you`re a particularly sound sleeper.brNo shoes are allowed beyond the foyer/entryway of the home.brbrTowels and linens should be removed and placed in/near washing machine upon checkout.brbrDishes should be placed in washer and turned on upon checkout.brbrRemove all food from refrigerator.brbrRemove garbage and recyclables from bins and place in cans outside.brbrThere is a private driveway for off-street parking but please note that the owner may be onsite two (2) days/evenings during the work week at the bottom floor unit. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.

Welcome to the Phoenix Star! brbrThis 3700 square foot home sits on one acre of wooded land. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to town and local attractions. Phoenixville is a wonderful town with great dining and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or easy access to nearby wedding venues and events, this property truly offers the best of both worlds. brbrThe expansive back porch is my favorite part of the home. It is very peaceful to sit back and relax as you listen to the birds sing and feel a world away from your worries. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors to the porch. Beautiful mountain like views can be see from these rooms as well, especially in the winter when the leaves are off of the trees. A grill is located on the far end of the porch. A heat lamp is also provided in the cooler seasons. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a double oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small blender, dishwasher, and toaster. Coffee, both regular and decaf, is provided. We also have a water cooler machine that provides bottled water for drinking that has options for hot, cold or lukewarm water. Great for making hot tea which is also provided. brbrThe dinning room has a large table that seats 8 people. There is also a smaller table which is a great place to play a game, do a puzzle or have your morning coffee. If you bring over the two chairs from the smaller table you can fit 10 there.brbrThe bedrooms are spacious and two of them provide king size beds. Two have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has two twins. There is also a new gym room with a full size couch bed.brbrAmple parking is available in the spacious driveway. The driveway consists of a long sloped path down to a large bottom area by the house.brbrThis home is also set up well for families. Some amenities include:br-- A game room with pingpong, foosball, wall connect 4, wall tic tac toe, wall checkers, and a table with card games.br-- Wide selection of books, toys, DVD's and board games. br--Smart tv's in the living room and some of the bedrooms. br--Blue ray player in the living room. br--Crib and changing table in the master bedroom. br--A high chair in the dinning room. br--A baby gate is available for the stairs. br--Outlet covers available for use.br--Pack and play stored in the laundry room.br--Basic strollerbr--Video game consuls.brbrFollowing is the Layout description: brbrThere are two floors to this house. If you walk on the front porch you will see the front door. When you walk in the front door you can go upstairs or downstairs. If you go upstairs, it will go in a circle. First you will see the dinning room to the left and the kitchen in front of you. If you walk past these there is a small table and space that then leads to the living room. The living room leads to the large upstair porch. If you follow the living room around you will be in the master bedroom. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. That also attaches to another bedroom with a queen bed (the nature looking one). If you continue around the circle you will be in a hallway with another full bathroom with a shower and tub. Also attached to this hallway is another king size bedroom. Now you have gone in a complete circle and are back at the stairs. If you go downstairs, now you will see a bedroom on the left with a queen bed (the beach themed looking one). This has a door to the outside. If you go right you will see a hallway and a half bathroom/ laundry room. If you continue going you will be in the gym that has a couch bed in it. If you continue through you will be at the bedroom with the two twins. This room is kind of like a little apartment since it has it's own little kitchenette space, own porch, own half bathroom and own entrance. (A shower is currently being added to this bathroom). Attached to this room is the game room that exits to the driveway at the ground level. brbrPlease feel free to ask any questions you may have!
