Cachet Crossing is one of the most sought-after vacation rental communities in Blue for its unbeatable proximity to the heart of the village. brbrLast Summer, the exterior stairs for the complex were replaced and although the bulk of the renovations have been completed there are still a few items that we thought we`d share with you:brbr- Exterior construction is still ongoing. It will be visible and possibly heard during your stay.brbr- You may notice a few small square cutouts on some walls. This was from previous work on the junction boxes. It is nothing more than an aesthetic concern and does not pose any safety risks.brbr- Each unit is provided with only 1 parking pass but we can provide you with alternative arrangements. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis so please reach out to our team should you require additional parking.br1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. brbr2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.brbr3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeitedbrbr4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.brbr5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. brbr6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. brbr7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee.
