You have 20 acres of exploration. Right on Lake Muskoka, I have yet to stay at a cottage with sandy and slow access to the lake. I cannot express enough, this cottage has everything your family requires during your stay.brbrOur bright red door is the perfect welcome. There you will access the smartlock for self check in. Immediately to your left, there is a powder room and mud room to leave your luggage and jackets before exploring the property.brbrFrom the big staircase you will walk into the open concept kitchen, and dining room lined with bright windows to lake views. From there you can go out onto the deck to see the large backyard, and slow sandy access to the water. There is lots of grassy areas to play and a big dock from the boathouse for cannon balls. We also have a brand new large BBQ for cooking.brbrFabulous play structure for the kids with swings, a slide, a climbing wall and tire swing. The tucked away bunkie is equipped with a queen bed and ac. In the spring and fall, there are also heaters available for at night when sleeping.brbrOur massive cottage has three large bedrooms upstairs and a very large 4-piece bathroom. Our large jacuzzi tub has lake-views in case you were hoping to take a nice hot bubble bath after settling in. The primary and second bedroom both have breathtaking lake views as well.brbrThe downstairs bedrooms are found in the bright basement with walk-out / immediate access to the backyard. The basement not being underground was designed with bright windows to allow for ample sunshine. The basement has a 3-piece bathroom. The french doors provide access the backyard and lake in case you wanted to jump into the lake before your evening slumber. Our piano is also located in the basement common area.brbrIf you'd also like access to the bunkie (bedroom #6) for extra sleeping arrangements please do let us know. Please note at this time the bunkie has very limited heating. We do not recommend using it during the winter months.brbrThere is laundry on site and you are welcome to use it during your stay. There are also lots of towels and beach towels in the laundry area.brbrThere are extras in basement as well like a dog PDA, tools, and an air pump. If used, be sure to put everything back in it's place.brbrThe water is drinkable and filtered. It's delicious in my opinion. The massive games room has two TVs, a ping pong and pool table. The record player has fantastic records to play and the heated floors come in handy in the winter.brbrGuest accessbrbrThe address will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. A smart lock is on site and a code will be texted to you the day of check in. Charming House on the water living on Lake Rosseau between Port Carling and Windemere 2 hour drive from Toronto. Great sunsets west facing and full day sun. Close to Port Carling, Windemere, includes outdoor shower and hot tub. Full kitchen and barbecue. The water is deep at 6 feet at the end of the dock and goes much deeper so great to park watercraft. Two docks and lounge chairs outdoor couch plus shade umbrella. Owner chairs one of the docks but is not there often when guests are there. Main road traffic is far away and big open water to view the lake.brWe only allow weekly rentals Monday afternoon to Monday morning. Lower pricing can happen spring and fall. brThe spacebrIncludes living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen but more importantly tons of dock and deck space for outdoor lounging and eating.
