So in order to respect the other guests in the lower unit, noise levels should be controlled. br•Quiet hours between 11:00 PM to 9:00 are quiet hours.br• This unit is not suitable for children under 14 years. br• Fire place is only for aesthetics and NOT to be used br• Please use the 3 large bins in the front - Blue bin: recycle items - Green bin: Organics, food - Black bin: non recycle and non-organics. Please check the garbage collection schedule online and remember to leave the bins in front for collection by the city on the designated days. br• Please do not move the appliances’ plugs including toaster, kettle and etc, please leave them plugged where they are as you check-in. br• No parties or events allowed. br• No smoking allowed. br• Please operate the Laundry only after 7:00 Pm and before 11:00 Pm during the weekdays and all hours of the weekend.
