There are no fires permitted on the property at any time (aside from the use of our containted firepit under the cave setting). At no time should furniture be moved inside or outside the cabin. We expect the cabin to be left as you found it, and a $35.00 per hour cleaning fee will be charged for cabin clean-ups that are excessive. We want all guests to enjoy our cabin; please leave the cabin as you found it.brbrPETS: No pets are permitted on the property due to the terrain and the wildlife around the property.brbrSMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. The discovery of smoking inside the cabin will result in a fee.brbrEQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: Equipment failures and problems with the cabin must be reported immediately. Repairs will be made as quickly as possible.brbrLINENS AND SUPPLIES: Bed linens, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided, along with basic kitchenware and utensils. Discovery of missing linens, towels, or other items will result in a fee. We supply trash bags, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish and hand soap, as well as shampoo / body wash. Please feel free to bring any necessary personal items you wish.brbrOUTDOOR GRILL: We supply a propane grill.brbrFIREPLACE: Our indoor wood-burning fireplace is not to be used by guests. There is an outdoor firepit that can be used at anytime by guests. At no time may you cut wood on the premises. If you bring your own firewood, it must be bundled and cut. Never should a fire be left unattended at the cabin.brbrOCCUPANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING: Cabin occupancy is four guests. You will be charged if additional people are discovered. Outside guests are not permitted at the cabin. We require that all trash be placed in the outside container at check-out and the lid in place. Our trash can is located at the end of our private road, where the private road meets OH-180. Please do not leave loose trash inside the outdoor receptacles, or a $75.00 clean-up fee will apply. A $35.00 per hour cleaning fee will apply if the cabin is left excessively dirty.brbrDue to the fact that the cabin is located deep in a valley, in the middle of the woods, all amenities are not guaranteed at all times.
