Just a short ferry ride from the bustling island of Put in Bay. The cottage is located on Middle Bass Island in a private community. Enjoy sunsets and a pool at the clubhouse, kayak on the lake or take a bike ride around the island. Newly remodeled kitchen, bath, new appliances and furniture. Included: 5 bikes, two kayaks (a single and a tandem) paddles, kayak cart and life jackets. Also a latte maker and a new fire pit table on the deck! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Grill on the deck, enjoy gorgeous sunsets and the stars at night while sitting around your fire-pit table with optional twinkle lights. After a 45 min. ferry ride from the mainland relax away from it all with everything you need at your finger tips. A day trip to Put-in-Bay is only a short ferry ride away on the Sonny-S ferry and then back to the relaxing quite of Middle Bass Island. The pool is a short walk down the road and if you have fisherman in the group we have a 30 ft dock available for your boat. Also when you catch those fish we offer a portable fillet table and fillet knives to facilitate that fish dinner!brI know you will love this place as much as we do!

The downstairs master has a king bed, upstairs has a queen and sleeper futon. Brand new appliances. Private balcony includes 2 lounge chairs, small table, umbrella, and a barbecue grill. Just a short walk over to St. Hazard's Resort is the pool. Ohio State Park is next door, with new, beautiful marina complex, campground, and beach. Tour the island by bike (rentals at state park complex) or by golf cart (rentals at J.F. Walleyes Restaurant). Put-In-Bay is a pleasant, half-hour ferry ride away on the Sonny S ferry. The Sonny S makes several trips a day. Middle Bass was originally named Isle de Fleurs or Island of Flowers, a family-friendly blend of nature and serenity. brbrBuilding quiet hours are 11pm to 8am. We maintain a strict noise policy. First call to police for violation of quiet hours, a warning is received. Second call results in expulsion and loss of payment and damage deposit.brbrUnless you have your own boat or plane, the Island is accessed by the Miller Ferry, (exit 124 off of Route 2 West). To bring your vehicle over, you must reserve a spot for it on the ferry, 1-800-500-2421, call up to two weeks ahead. Middle Bass Island also has a few other places within walking distance to eat and drink: The Coffee Grind &The Prohibition (Coffee & Bar), JF Walleyes (Restaurant with tropical wading pool) and The General Store (General Store with restaurant/bar).
