The upstairs has a balcony room with a King size bed (sleeps 2). Outside the room is the loft accommodating 3 in a new bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin size bed on top and a king size bed on the bottom. Pull out sofa beds are not used. Main floor has a queen bed and the basement has a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds that will accommodate 4. brbr*Please note guests are responsible for propane and or charcoal for the grills.
