A Beary Cozy Cabin in Hocking Hills

Quiet relaxing a great place to getaway

Excellent cabin! Very clean and well decorated.Had everything we needed and very accurate description from the owner

We had the best weekend! The cabin is so cozy!! There is a guide book that is very helpful. Katie is a wonderful host and was quick to respond when I had questions. I managed to make a Thanksgiving dinner for my husband and I while we were there. We loved seeing the cows down the road, the neighbors cat that was very friendly and followed us up the driveway, it’s in close proximity to so many adventures! And the community is very friendly as well. We loved the stay here.

Host was very welcoming. Amenities on the other hand were very lacking. Hot tub water was greenish, propane tank for deck fire pit was empty, carpet needed swept, there were crumbs on it. No sheets or blanket for sofa sleeper, or extra blankets period.

Great weekend.

Great location. Out in the country, isolated and quiet. Yet close to all the hiking trails. Second time staying here. Love this cabin and the location

Cabin was nice and clean. Outdoor propane fire was a nice addition since there is a current burn ban for all of Ohio for campfires, etc.Hot Tub needs work. Only one seat actually works for relaxation bubbles, one seat doesn't work at all, disappointed in the hot tub.Propane grill was a huge hit, grilled out both nights and had good food.Small orange kitty visited us everyday, what a cutey!

The house was very clean! Everything was exactly as described! We had a great time!

The cabin has a great setup in a pretty secluded area. Everything worked as we hoped and enjoyed the quiet forest life for a night! Recommend this stay and the host has great communication.

Beary Cozy Cabin is a beautiful spot! It is secluded and just awesome. Surrounded by trees and wildlife makes it even better. The cabin was clean and the host was super responsive to needs we had upon arrival! Check this place out!

We had an unbelievable time we are already planning our next trip. Everything was clean & in order, we never left except to use the hot tub. Recommending this spot to couples who want some R&R

Great place for a quick relaxing getaway!

The cabin is exactly as it appears in the listing.The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. They had a good selection of board games and a surprisingly impressive DVD collection (we didn't actually watch any, but we appreciated it, probably the best movie collection I've seen at a vacation rental). Both the front and back patios are very peaceful and serene places to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the woods.We didn't use the grill or fire pits, so I can't comment on those, but they looked good.The location was great. It feels remote, but it's a very quick (5-ish minutes) drive to the nearby town of Laurelville and a little over 20 minutes to the Hocking Hills hiking trail that we traversed.If I had to offer negatives, the shower was a bit small and cramped and the floor was a bit sticky in a couple of spots, but these complaints are minor.My wife and I loved our stay for our anniversary, and we would love to rent again if/when we return to the Hocking Hills area.

Perfect place, calm in the midle of nature

Ever since the first step into the cabin we knew we were in for a delightful time. It already smelled fresh and lovely. It was the perfect size for two people and just made our little wilderness escape a delight. Hot tub worked perfect, the selection of games andand movies

Cute, cozy, comfy cabin is the perfect space. We enjoyed watching the deer from the hot tub in the evening and playing a few board games from the collection. We finally had the opportunity to visit the John Glenn Astronomy Park... amazing.

The Beary Cozy Cabin was indeed very cozy. Just enough to get away and enjoy some peaceful scenery and alone time. It is out of the way and the neighbors all seem to be locals, but the cabin is higher up on the hill away from them. Overall we had a great stay.

Beary Cozy is an accurate description. Cute little cabin nestled in the trees. Some of the best sleep I've had in awhile. Hot tub was functional and nice temperature. Kitchen is very well stocked. Wi-fi was good but streaming was spotty as they mentioned. Cabin has a slightly musty smell when walking in the front door and grill needed a good cleaning but overall very ple

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful scenery, quiet and romantic!

One of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at in Hocking Hills or anywhere for that matter.

The cabin was what we were looking for... nice and quiet and off the beaten path. We enjoyed the variety of options for cooking out. We have 2 boys ages 2 and 1 so some toys would have been nice but that's hardly worth mentioning as I know you can't have everything to suit everybody perfectly! We would have no problem doing it again.

I belive this is the perfect quiet cabin in the woods. Very private and peaceful but only a few minutes from hikes and towns.
