Quiet neighborhood with a block watch. a police department less than 3 minutes away. we also have a plaza around the corner that has a CVS, Aldi's and a Fifth Third bank.brbrAbsolutely no parties, loud music, or being loud outdoors. The owner lives less than 6 miles away and has asked guests to leave without giving warnings when these things have happened in the past. We want to make sure to keep all of our guests and neighbors happy so please be courteous. The house is equipped with sound monitors in order to prevent loud or large gatherings.
