The neighborhood is safe with a very active neighborhood watch. Neighbors are often walking their dogs or jogging by and will wave and greet you, it's a very lovely place!brThis place is convenient to both University of Cincinnati and Over the Rhine, as it lies in between both areas. FC Cincinnati games, Findlay Market and the streetcar stop at Rhinegeist brewery are all within a few blocks.
