All three bedrooms are located on a separate level from the living area, and the upstairs bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and spacious shower. The lower-level bathroom has a stall shower. Laundry facilities are included for your convenience free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided. brbrThe kitchen is fully updated and stocked with plates and utensils. Brew your morning coffee with our Ninja Coffee Bar (bring your whole bean coffee - we even have a bean grinder) and enjoy it on one of the many decks overlooking the water. brbrYou can enjoy outdoor dining with a full size dinner table, granite bar with four stools, and a 4-burner propane grill with tools. We're 5 houses down from the Perkins Stone Mansion (founding family of Akron). The grounds once provided food and shelter for sheep and horses herded by the great abolitionist John Brown. It now has become a retreat for both of us, and 3 of the best cats you'll ever meet! Our past visitors have called the house elegant, whimsical, friendly, and warm. Also, our past guests have said even better in person then the pictures!.br The house has privacy from the busy Copley Road it faces, and the well-built walls and floors help keep the noise down.
