The Dutch Colonial has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has one Queen bed. This property has 2 full bathrooms. The Akron Retreat is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home. Two bedrooms have a Queen bed and the third bedroom has one Twin bed. Both homes are 3 doors down from one another and walkable to Highland Square, close proximity to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and many other desirable destinations near Akron./p pAmenities:/p pVariety of board games for all ages/p pVariety of toys/activities for children of all ages/p pCorn Hole Set/p pOutdoor propane heater for chilly evenings/p pBBQ Propane grills at both homes/p pThere is an exterior camera onsite to monitor the driveway and walkways to the entry door. We want to ensure caretakers have been to the property and the home is ready for arriving guests. The cameras do not infringe on guest privacy and are there for insurance and liability purposes./p pYou have access to the entire home at both properties except storage in the basement./p pHosts are nearby to assist you with any needs you may have!/p pUber is fast and reliable in this area. DoorDash and UberEats are a super simple way to have food delivered to the door. /p pIf you have your own vehicle, there is parking in the driveway or in the private garage at the Dutch Colonial or on the street. Please be mindful that the driveway at The Dutch Colonial is a shared driveway with our neighbors. Please ensure you do not block access to their side. The Akron Retreat has its own private driveway and garage for parking or also on the street./p pOur home can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests (we have 4 bedrooms with one queen size bed in each room and the other property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). To ensure the home is cleaned properly and to cover related expenses that naturally come with larger reservation sizes we have implemented the following:/p p-No additional guests are permitted during your stay other than who is disclosed in your reservation. /p p-At no additional fee, we have 3 pack and plays and 3 high chairs available. At the time of your reservation, please notify us and we will have everything set up for you upon arrival. /p p-This home is in a residential community and there is a noise ordnance in place after 9PM. /p p- The fireplace at Akron Dutch Colonial is for decoration only. Please do not attempt to light any fires in this fireplace./p p-The yards are partially fenced in. Please be aware of this if you have young children./p p-We do not allow pets inside our homes. If you have a trained service animal, (Service animals are working animals that have been trained to perform specific tasks that assist disabled people) you MUST disclose this at booking. We will have to arrange for special cleaning after your departure. /p p- We are happy to allow you an earlier arrival or later departure IF it is available that day, although I will not know until 24 hours beforehand. However, if you would like to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure then there is a fee required to block off the additional time and/orincrease the size of the cleaning crew in order to accomodate./p p- Our fee is $50/hour for up to 4 hours of more time, more than that, we ask that you book an additional night./p

The Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame is 40-45 mins & the No.1 Amusement Park in the World Cedar Point is just over an hour away. br What you will notice about what we are trying to do here is make everything less stressful. Like providing outdoor gas grill, kayaks with life vests for all sizes, Tiki Torches for those nights whether you need them or just want them for ambiance.
