One of the gems of this apartment is the 36m2 leafy and quiet roof terrace on the 3rd floor. brbrThe apartment has been refurnished and renovated to a high spec including a Bulthaup kitchen and Philip Starck bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance on the 2nd floor of a historic house. Inside the apartment you find another flight of stairs that leads to the 3rd floor and the roof terrace. brbrThe apartment comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps two on the 2nd floor. The other two bedrooms sleep one or two, depending on your request. On the 1st apartment floor you find a spacious open plan living and dining room with a modern, slightly industrial design an an open kitchen. The living and dining quarters can be divided by two Art Deco sliding doors. brbrAll beds are equipped with comfortable bed linens. On the 2nd floor there’s a bright bedroom with built in closets and a double bed. This houseboat (built in '23) is fully equipped. brbrThe Surla Houseboat is 15 meters long and 6 meters wide. A total area of 84m2 excluding the roof terrace. The living room and kitchen are 25m2, and equipped with 3 large sliding doors, so you always have a phenomenal view. There is a spacious living room with a couch, dining table, tv and sliding doors to the front terrace with outdoor chairs. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a table-top freezer in the utility room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and a (dry) toilet. There are 3 bedrooms on the houseboat. Two bedrooms with hotel beds (1.80 x 2.00m), especially designed for Surla Houseboats. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00m). Via outside stairs you can go to the spacious rooftop terrace where there is a lounge set to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Last but not least: on the back terrace is a warm outdoor shower, great after a swim.brbrSurla has check-in host, here name is Natasja. she will welcome you and guide you to the houseboat. This can also happen during your rental period, because we don't want to take any risks. brYou can park your car in the marina of Monnickendam (free parking). After passing the entrance gate. Drive straight, after the white building, the 2nd road to the left. At the end of the road you can park your car. brbrSurla Tender (Dinghy):brDuring your stay we provide a dinghy. brThis aluminum tender is included during the rental of the houseboat. brIt is important that you start the tender with the trottle in Neutral. Do you want to lock the tender when you are not using it Also at night brbrSail slowly! Place the tender at the front or back of the houseboat. Gently moor so that there is no damage to the houseboat or tender. brWe will charge for damage immediately.brbrThe tender is fully fueled upon your arrival.
