Sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture are only a few minutes away by car, e.g. Medemblik - 5 km - old and new sailing harbour - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - with harbour and Zuiderzee Museum worth seeing - or even Amsterdam 60 km, indescribably beautiful. For children there is a large private playground with a kiosk within walking distance of our small children's playground, free admission for Vislust guests.
