This little cove is sheltered, quite shallow and has no waves, perfect for kids.brbrAnother 2 minute walk further to the right and you come across Tomakin Beach, middle ground when it comes to surf. Tomakin is a pet friendly beach all year round. It is a large beach with both shallow calm areas and some areas with mild waves for a bit of boogie boarding. It stretches for some distance right round to the Tomago river, which is also a great place to float around and be carried up or down the tidal river.brbrFor night out, the Tomakin Sports and Recreation club is less than a 10 minute walk from the house and great food, drinks and activities at great prices.
