The living area flows through room width concertina glass doors to the outside entertaining deck and backyard complete with a fire pit. brThe master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite.brThe 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and a built-in-robe.brThe 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds (the built-in robe is however blocked by one of the beds).brThe main bathroom has a large walk in shower.brModern kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine & pull-out pantries stocked with essential items.brFunctional European laundry with washing machine, which can double as small bar for entertaining. brThis luxury home is our home away from home so has everything you would require for your stay including linen and towels.brThere is a no smoking policy anywhere on the premises as well as a no party policy so if these policies do not suit your requirements, then please do not book our luxury home. If there is evidence of such the entire damage deposit will be charged for additional ozone cleaning. This also applies to strong cooking odours from cooking curries etc.brNB. The garage is used for personal storage so is not accessible for guests. There is parking space for one vehicle immediately in front of the garage. Parking is not allowed anywhere else along the driveway as access is shared with the neighbours.
