Our property includes two buildings: a free standing casita and our personal residence, separated by a small courtyard. Perfect for two couples who enjoy a little privacy from each other. The casita has been rented through another service with over 200 guests and we have an average score of 4.9+. Everyone loves the location (15 minutes to the square), the outstanding mattress and linens, the quiet neighborhood with paved walking and biking trails and Spanish-style courtyard. The unit also has a river-stone shower (including teak bench) and the unit has all relevant toiletries. The Casita unit comes with Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, small fridge, TV with various streaming channels. We would be happy to share the listing and comments from our prior guests. brbrWe taken this level of hospitality (an industry that I worked in) in our primary residence. The master bath has a large, walk-in shower, with teak bench, a soaking tub, and a vanity with two sinks. We are fussy about the mattress and linens. The Den has a fold-bed and we have added an additional mattress for comfort. The Den also has an adjacent full bathroom. brbrThe kitchen is well-equipped (we both love to cook) including a number of cookbooks from local restaurants and Native American chefs. Our guests are welcome to use the condiments in our fridge. The living room has kiva fireplace and high ceilings with beams. With our collection of Native American crafts and art the magic of visiting Santa Fe is real. But nothing makes it more real than sitting outside in our outdoor dining and fireplace area watching the sunset and stars come out. We have an unobstructed view of the western sky as our house backs up to conservation area. And, if you get bored watching the sunset we have a small bocce ball court in the backyard. We have both a heat-lamp and standing fan so that our guests can be comfortable as the sun sets (it gets chilly after the sun goes down). Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Santa Fe and this charming house has to offer.

A wonderful main house w/ sweet views in every direction, this 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom property is pretty incredible! The home is located in the high desert with lovely gardens, a little pond, hot tub, and walking paths that meander through cactus and meditative spots. House stays remarkably cool in the summer. There's a den and GREAT sunset deck up there and folks are encouraged to use the deck in particular. brbrAll bedrooms have comfy king-size beds. The primary guest room was the original master BR before new master was added upstairs so it's a beautiful suite with separate sitting areas, large bathroom, and private patio. The other guest room is not a suite but has a private bathroom. brbrThe living room and kitchen open to an expansive outdoor patio dining space. The kitchen is also a nice gathering space with big dining table, a large island, nice appliances, and electric fireplace that you can flip on easily (with no carbon footprint). Best of all, enjoy local beer and kombucha from the kegerator right in the kitchen (it truly is pretty awesome). There's an office and a couple of places to work, if you must! House has great wifi, and technology (alexa lights and speakers throughout -- instructions provided).brbrThis home is light and filled with both quiet and fun gathering spaces. Enjoy several outdoor patio spaces which allows you to enjoy the big skies and views of Santa Fe. Come together in a traditional outdoor Santa Fe Ramada with a fireplace. There's another firepit up the path --- another great place to chill. And definitely spend sunset on the upstairs deck. The property has sweet views to experience amazing sunsets, and starry night skies. brbrThe house is only available for 30 day+ rentals. Our community does not allow for shorter-term rentals. Because of the sensitivity with neighbors, absolutely no parties. Our wonderful housekeeper will come every other week while you are there -- that's included. (The final cleaning is added to final cost through VRBO). If you're interested, our local gym/club - El Gancho - a five minute drive allows the transfer of our gym membership for 1 or 2 and since this is a month stay -- we recommend you do this. When walking in through the main entry metal gate into a landscaped yard with outside table for 6, a BBQ grill, and a lovely pear tree. In the back part of the yard you will have access to the bike rack if needed. As you enter the front door directly ahead there is the living room with a comfortable love seat and two chairs, and a 65 Smart TV. Going up the spiral staircase which leads to the third bedroom/office. The office includes a HP printer, monitor and a desk that moves up and down. The orange couch folds down into a twin bed. From the living room up four steps into the most colorful inviting dinning room with a table which comfortably fits six. The master suite has a separate entry door. This leads to a porch to enjoy coffee, read a book or just enjoy Santa Fe. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, kiva decorative fireplace, refrigerated wine cellar, and Queen size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with bathroom right across the hallway. The kitchen has everything a cook would want, ample cabinet space, brand new appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, drip coffee maker and/or Keurig, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, toaster, and much more.
