Peaceful Santa Fe private residence. Only 15 minutes to square

Our property includes two buildings: a free standing casita and our personal residence, separated by a small courtyard. Perfect for two couples who enjoy a little privacy from each other. The casita has been rented through another service with over 200 guests and we have an average score of 4.9+. Everyone loves the location (15 minutes to the square), the outstanding mattress and linens, the quiet neighborhood with paved walking and biking trails and Spanish-style courtyard. The unit also hasa river-stone shower (including teak bench) and the unit has all relevant toiletries. The Casita unit comes with Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, small fridge, TV with various streaming channels. We would be happy to share the listing and comments from our prior guests.

We taken this level of hospitality (an industry that I worked in) in our primary residence. The master bath has a large, walk-in shower, with teak bench, a soaking tub, and a vanity with two sinks. We are fussy about the mattress and linens. The Den has a fold-bed and we have added an additional mattress for comfort. The Den also has an adjacent full bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped (we both love to cook) including a number of cookbooks from local restaurants and Native American chefs. Our guests are welcome to use the condiments in our fridge. The living room has kiva fireplace and high ceilings with beams. With our collection of Native American crafts and art the magic of visiting Santa Fe is real. But nothing makes it more real than sitting outside in our outdoor dining and fireplace area watching the sunset and stars come out. We have an unobstructed view of the western sky as our house backs up to conservation area. And, if you get bored watching the sunset we have a small bocce ball court in the backyard. We have both a heat-lamp and standing fan so that our guests can be comfortable as the sun sets (it gets chilly after the sun goes down).
