The backyard oasis boasts a warm, inviting heated pool and large hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with grill, stove top, mini refrigerator and fireplace for dinner under the stars. Lounge and unwind to the peaceful sounds of the water fountain while stargazing or taking in a night swim. There is also a fun 9 hole putting green for getting a little golf in. This area has a variety of many birds and wildlife such as deer, fox, coyotes, raccoons, rabbits and squirrels that make themselves at home here and we also have a small turtle sanctuary. brbrThe master suite has a king sized bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower and a walk out patio with seating and spectacular views. The 2nd BR has a queen sized bed with pool view and the 3rd BR has a bunk bed with twin mattresses for our younger guests. The guest BA has a full bathtub/shower.brThe open space in the living room and large kitchen provide plenty of seating options for everyone. The fireplace is great for the chilly mountain evenings while watching tv or playing board games. There is also a full sized washer and dryer for your use. The property is well lit and patrolled by a private security company for peace of mind. brWe are located steps away from Supper Rock park or a few blocks to a larger park with tennis courts also. We are within 5 minutes to hiking and bike trails and the Open Space area for those easier hikes but incredible views, Hinkle Family Fun Center Amusement Park and the ICON movie theatre. 20 minutes to the breathtaking Sandia Tram, historic Old Town, Uptown with restaurants and shopping, Balloon Fiesta Park, Bio Park, Aquarium and Zoo, the UNM Pit, Isotopes Field and other sporting venues, Popejoy Hall, casinos, amphitheaters, museums and so much more to explore. Charming Adobe Casa In The North Valley, Great Views Of Balloon Fiesta!

Authentic mud-construction adobe house in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood in the North Valley. Our home exhibits the culture of New Mexico, with traditional saltillo tiled floors, exposed adobe walls, vega ceilings, and a terrazzo tiled kitchen. You will have great views of the Sandia Mountains, hot air balloons and the Balloon Fiesta fireworks show. This is a perfect location for either a short drive to the Balloon Fiesta park, or for watching the balloons and/or fireworks from the comfort of your own patio or cul de sac. Enjoy your morning coffee in the patio atrium as hot air balloons fly over. You will be just minutes away from the Sandia Peak Tramway, and the New Mexico Rail Runner train station for a quick day trip to Santa Fe or a ride to Downtown Albuqueurque. The famous El Pinto restaurant is just around the corner, with delicious New Mexican cuisine and a long list of famous celebrity clientele. Our home has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a living room with TV, free Wifi and lots of board games and wood-burning stove (fold-down futon bed available if more than 4 guests; $10 per night, per person extra charge if more than 4 people). One bedroom has a charming Chiminea fireplace nestled in the corner. There is plenty of room for parking, and big grass yard for relaxing or playing yard games. Contactless checkin is available we have a smart key pad with your unique key code. Pets considered upon discussion with owner (additional -$25 per pet- fee will be charged if accepted).
