3 BR 2 BA Guest House with heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & putting range

What a wonderful stay! Kelly and Pat (and crew) made went above and bet a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond! Welcomed @ arrival. Plenty of room in/out to enjoy. The kids played and enjoyed riding their bikes, the putting green, swimming, sidewalk chalk, and climbing around the hills and rocks in the neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were so enjoyable in the cool afternoons/evenings. We spent a lot of our time outside. Hosts were gracious enough to let the kids be kids and have fun-obviously without causing a disturbance to the neighborhood. Turtle sanctuary was fun to watch and Kelly was kind enough to show the kids the baby turtles and let them play with them one afternoon. The guest house had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. 25-35 min drive to balloon park/not bad at all either way. Would jump at the chance to stay here again and again. Poolside fireplace and grill was a fabulous spot and well-equipped. Hosts were ready to address needs as they came up. We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. It was such a blessing to meet y’all and share a piece of a quiet side of Albuquerque. For the space inside and out, the value here is unmatched. We will be back, not soon enough.

We had an amazing time! Kelly was an amazing host and added so much to our getaway. The house and outdoor area were extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor area was especially relaxing and the little extras that were thrown in were appreciated. You don't always get to meet your host and we are so happy to have gotten to meet Kelly and spend a little time getting to know her. I would definitely stay here again and hope to come back in the future.

What a great spot to explore ABQ and beyond! Kelly’s home was great- well maintained, clean and stocked with pretty much everything you could need. My kids loved all the toys, books and the giant teddy bear and had a fantastic time in the beautiful pool! The home was easy to get in and out to explore and there was even a playground a five minute walk away. One huge plus was the pool had a fence around it, as well as a security cover, so I felt very comfortable with my kids being safe around the pool. Kelly was super- welcoming and showed us all the ins and outs of the house, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fireplace and had great tips for things to do in the area. We would love to stay at Kelly’s place when we’re back in town. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property. Excellent hosts. We were greeted on arrival to assure we had everything we needed and given a tour of the property. Great location in nice neighborhood. The heated pool was perfect after a long day of running around.. The whole patio area was private and had a bbq and fireplace with lots of nice seating areas. Perfect coffee maker. Thanks again for the communication and hospitality.
