The Prickly Pear room gives you a taste of one of the local's favorite cacti and includes a smart TV and a queen size bed with brand new mattress, bedding, and sheets. All bedrooms have charging stations available at the bedside tables. Lastly, the brand new comfy sectional in the living room folds out to create a full size bed for the accommodations of two additional guests. Brand new pillows, sheets, and bedding are provided. The living room also includes LED remote-controlled candles in the fireplace for ambiance, puzzles for downtime fun, and a large smart TV for logging in and watching all your favorite streaming services. brbrOur newest addition is our Casita! This 3rd bedroom that sleeps two additional guests with a queen bed, is a free standing villa with it's own exterior entrance from the back yard and gardens. It comes complete with an additional full size en suite bathroom and seating area. brbrThe dining room is spacious with a table for 4 guests - with 2 added chairs available for a total seating for 6. A workspace and desk is available in the main living space for working remotely or virtual learning with Wifi. The front screened-in porch and covered back patio are available for relaxing in the shade or on a cool evening.brbrThis home has been recently upgraded from a swamp cooler (popular in the Southwest) to brand new refrigerated air units in each living space with your own remote control settings for the comfort of your guests.brbrThis home includes a dedicated driveway and tandem parking that could fit two vehicles.
