Stayed Jul 24, 2025Overall this is a very nice, large home for a comfortable, convenient stay in Rio Rancho. The host was great about sending the check-in instructions. I had to ask for check-out instructions as I couldn't find any posted, but check-out was also easy.The beds were very comfortable (although extremely high, so careful if you have little ones who may be prone to falling out of bed - it's a long way down).It wasn't quite as clean as I would prefer, but I'm a little OCD about those things.Overall, nice play to stay for a family vacation.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Great communication! House was clean. Guessing it hadn’t been updated since it was built in the early 1990s. Upstairs bedrooms were warm, outside temps were in the low 90s. Beds were on very high grams , not easy to get in for the young and old.
