Very centrally located on a quiet, safe street, Casa de Calderones is 100+ year old adobe home with thick walls and an Old World feel. Lovingly restored with an artistic touch, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.brbrThe Dining Room showcases the original red painted wood floor and a large dining table. The Bedroom was newly installed cork flooring with an area rug. It is east facing and bright in the mornings. The Living Room with two comfortable leather couches, also has a newly installed cork floor, and has a gorgeous Persian rug. brbrThe Kitchen has a slate tile floor, granite countertops and sunny breakfast nook. The delightful, Victorian-esque bathroom has heated ceramic tile and a claw foot tub with shower.brbrThe lovely Outdoor Patios round out the property with dining areas set among the native plants and flowers and frequented by hummingbirds. The whole property is a delight to the senses.brbrA recent comment from an inquirer maybe sums it up best:brbr** 'The past week I have gone over the VRBO listings for Albuquerque and area repeatedly, and there is no doubt in my mind that your house has the best combination of features, location, and value of any other property.
