Casita retreat is attached to an ultra contemporary custom home built in 2013 and sits on 1.25 acres in an exclusive subdivision of Paradise Hills. Plenty parking and conveniently located - two blocks to Paseo del Norte and 15 minutes to either I-25, I-40, and Rio Rancho. Amenities include a new (January 2023) comfortable king bed and mattress, high quality bedding, towels, robes, desk, dining table, microwave, mini refrigerator, hot plate, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, walk-in closet, 45 TV, full length mirror, custom blinds, and gas fireplace. Casita retreat is +/- 500 sqft and is set up like a second master bedroom, if needed, when the entire home is rented, but is appropriately secured from the rest of the home and private with its own exterior door and access using a keypad. Heating and cooling is independent of the entire property. Stroll through the neighborhood or enjoy stores, parks, local restaurants, and even Dutch Bros Coffee within walking distance. Outdoor grill is available upon request and without additional charge if left clean by guest. Complimentary coffee pods, tea packets, sugar, cream, snacks, water, and drinks provided. Dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, body soap, hand soap, and sample size shampoo packets are provided as a courtesy. With stays seven (7) days, guests need to ensure they plan to acquire or bring with them a sufficient amount of essential household and personal items.brbr**PETS (Dogs Only/2 Max): All pets must be considered and accepted before proceeding with a reservation. brbrPet acceptance will be based on the following information:br1. Pets can absolutely not be barking in the backyards or cause a disturbance to our neighbors. Guest must pooper scoop before leaving. brbrCheck-out time at 10 am is strictly enforced to ensure we have enough time to prepare the home for our next guest.
