It was great that the cleaning fee was only 20 but it meant just the sheets were clean and the fridge was cleaned out. We cleaned the house, starting with the kitchen and bathroom to feel like we could relax. Then when we were using the oven the house got hot and the AC could not be turned on. AC was advertised in the ad. Called the host and was told we'd have to wait 24hr before she could get someone out there to turn the AC on. Once it was on, there were no intructions and it was like it was contolled by phone, because I could not set it to a warmer temp and actually had to turn it off.

This was a great little house and fit our needs just right. We were able to spend all day with family and come back to a quiet, safe and comfortable place at night. Owners were very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
