About this spacebrThis is a comfortable, private inlaw apartment that is perfect for a stay in Albuquerque. Private garden entrance with smartlock. Living area has kitchenette with basic amenities: dish-ware, bar sink, microwave, mini-fridge but not a full kitchen. Bedroom has queen bed, chair, antique armoire. WIFI, AC, Street parking, outdoor seating & private bath with good quality toiletries. Centrally located, near grocery, laundry, restaurants. Near I25, I40, Los Ranchos & Downtown.brThe spacebrQuiet charming Pueblo style home. Decorating is simple, clean, “New Mexico Casita” style making this a real BnB style experience at a great value. This is like a small inlaw appartment & is attached to a main house. Entrance is through a gated 6’ tall fenced in backyard with side door garden entrance. The outdoor gate can be locked by guests from the inside, and we have just installed August smart locks on the apartment entry door, so this is super secure even with a full lite glass door as entry. Please look at the pictures of the set up to make sure you will be comfortable staying here. The space is like a small one bedroom apartment but does not have a full kitchen. It does have a small living area w/ hutch kitchenette includes: bar sink, mini fridge, microwave, plates, glassware, mugs, and basics for eating. Ask about a hot plate if you need one. The house is old without soundproofing so if you need a perfectly isolated stay this place is not recommended for such use but we do provide a white noise maker to help with the ambiance. Television must be requested in advance of your stay since we don’t keep one in there. Hours of use for TV are between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Additionally, while the living room and bathroom have standard height ceilings, the bedroom currently has ceilings that are only 7’4” high. If you are tall and need higher ceilings please contact the host about possibility to book our other listing. Cleaning fee insures that your stay is as fresh & clean for you as it will be for the next person. This a great value if you need to be near Midtown, Downtown, or the Universities. 6 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park, 9 miles to Sunport Airport. The beautiful grounds of the Casa Rondena Winery are only a short drive away. Private, clean, accessible and close to everything.
