Large 5BR for 15 Game Room Pet Friendly Stay

Tara was above and beyond an excellent host! She went out of her way to make extra accommodations and communicate them without even being asked for them. The house was very clean and pefect for our family. As far as supplys, I have never seen a host provide as much supplies as Tara did. It was so very thoughtful and made our stay so easy. I really cant say enough about this house and the host. This time we came for our nieces Coast Guard graduation but we definitely want to return for a beach trip!!! Thank you for everything, Tara!!

Beautiful home!! Our host Tara was awesome! Great location. Plenty of room for our family to gather. We will definitely be renting again.

We rented this home for 7 days, but on the 5th day the governor declared a state of emergency due to a hurricane expected to impact the same area. Out of respect and caution, we brought in and secured all of the homeowner’s outdoor furniture and items to prevent damage.Unfortunately, the home itself had major HVAC issues during our stay — we had to contact the homeowner multiple times just to get heat working properly. Despite leaving the house clean and checking out a day and a half early, we were not refunded any portion of our stay.To make matters worse, after we left, the homeowner filed a claim against us for a 5 cup insert from a chair, allegedly lost by our 2-year-old. Considering the situation and the steps we took to protect their property, that claim felt extremely unfair and unnecessary.We would not recommend this rental based on our experience with the property’s condition and the homeowner’s handling of the situation.

The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The home was clean and comfortable for all guests.

Our family had a great time at Tara’s place. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 7 adults and 3 small children. It was close to the bay beaches and we enjoyed the game room, the screened porch and the fire pit. Also, the fenced back yard was great for our pet dogs. Tara was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely fabulous for our family! So much space… We loved the game room! Lots of areas to spend time together but also have solitude if desired! Highly recommend!

Aside from one small issue which Tara took care of immediately, the house was more than enough room for the fourteen of us, the kids loved the game room, everything was just as the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was perfect ! It had such a great layout for a large group to hang out together! We especially loved the screened in patio out back . Tara even left a really nice surprise of waters and snacks ! We walked straight down the street to go the beach , we walked to restaurants, Wawa and icecream! Such a great location! We will definitely stay there again !

Pros: Kitchen functional and well equipped. Nice play room with ping pong, fussball table and bball shooting game. Friendly neighborhood, nice front porch, half mile from bayside beach. close to cape may w/ 15 minute drive. Clean. Owners very responsive to an ant problem (within an hour). Cons: BBQ grill rusted out though with only 3 of 5 burners fully functional and grill plates falling in (not correct size). 3 separate living areas with insufficient seating in the large one for most guests, but we brought porch chairs in to give more seating. Back yard closed-in porch deck carpet was run down and door rotted. Some cracks in walls. No fussball for the fussball table. Ice maker did not work. Handrail to front side porch broken / not secured.

When I first booked the rental in the beginning of the year, there was only the potential of 7 of us staying; it had everything I was looking for in the bedrooms, shower stall, and recliner for my 91 year old mother. Little did I know, that by the time August rolled around, there were 11 of us, and thankfully, plenty of room! The kids (11 & 7) loved the game room, and the doggos loved the yard to run around. House was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a few things outside that needed some maintenance (and most of the beach chairs that weren't broken had seen better days) but that was minor. Had a great time!
