The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with seating for four and is complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and private closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sit-down vanity, television and seating for two. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a tub shower. The back of the home features another living space with a queen-sized pull- out sofa bed, a love seat, large TV, washer and dryer and additional seating for the kitchen. A large fenced in backyard offers an outside shower, a gas grill and seating for four people. Additional amenities include- four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, beach toys and one bike for guest usage as well as a shed set up with game tables.
