All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay: Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay. Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.brbrbrbrSMOKING POLICY: This building is non-smoking, including out front. There will be a $100 charge for any cigarettes butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home. PET POLICY: We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues. CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $125. Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. High speed internet and a smart TV in the living area .br- Laundry Room with Coin Op-ed washer and dryer, we do provide coins. Please note- laundry room is in a common space of the building, it is shared with neighbour next door.brbrbr- WiFi includedbr- Smart TVbrWe provide 5 beach tags and parking permit for two cars. Please remember to leave it for a next guest in a unit, when you check out.brbrbrThis unit is NON-smoking and no parties and guests allowed.brbrPet Policy:br- Dog-friendly unit (dogs under 90 lbs only)br- 50$ one-time pet fee per staybr- No cats allowed. Oakland Street and back door exit, which leads to small balcony.brOther things to notebrUnit is on the first floor of a duplex, with another duplex attached to it. If guests are late from 30 min to 1 hr - 50 dollars fee will be chargedbr1hr to 2hrs - half of the daily basis rate will be chargedbr2hrs + full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another nightbrbr- All primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.brbr- Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not discussed with owner prior check-inbrbr- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn`t working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner`s contractor in order for the browner to fix the problem.brbr- Extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning will be charged additionally - 100 dollars, example - a lot of trash, dirty dishes left over.brbr- Please ensure that all used dishes are washed and placed back in the kitchen cabinets.brbr- Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 8 pm till 8 am.brbr- Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.brbrFailure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund. brWe appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.brbrbrSECURITY CAMERAS brWe have security camera to monitor street and entrance to the building only.
